Open-source intelligence for people with a lawful reason to look.

Watchglass is the investigative platform for private investigators, law enforcement, government bodies, corporate security teams and legal practices. Access is vetted in three stages and every session is attributable to a named person.

  • Vetted access
  • Every session attributable
  • Lawful use only

Who it is for

Built for organisations that answer for what they look at.

Watchglass is not a people-search site. It is provided to organisations with a professional, lawful need, and withheld from everyone else.

  • Private investigators

Licensed investigators tracing assets, locating witnesses and supporting litigation with sources that stand up in court.

  • Law enforcement

Officers and analysts who need open-source leads gathered, attributed and ready for disclosure.

  • Government bodies

Public bodies with a statutory basis for their inquiries, from regulators to revenue and border authorities.

  • Corporate security and fraud teams

In-house teams investigating fraud, insider risk, threats to staff and third-party exposure.

  • Law firms and newsrooms

Practices and investigative desks that must establish who they are dealing with before they act or publish.

Vetting

Access is earned in three stages.

Nobody gets in on a form alone. Each stage has to pass before the next begins, and a person makes the final call.

  1. 01

    Verify

Register with an email on your organisation’s own domain. We send a link; opening it proves you receive mail there. Public webmail and disposable addresses are refused.

  2. 02

    Vetting

An autonomous, passive, read-only review of your organisation, its domain and your stated purpose, compiled from public sources only. Nothing is scanned, probed or logged into.

  3. 03

    Decision

A named person at CyberLink Security reads the file and approves or declines. You are emailed the outcome either way.

Approvals are released in cohorts as capacity allows. Access is personal, attributable and conditional: misuse ends it.

The platform

What Watchglass gives you.

Watchglass is being prepared for approved organisations. In outline, the platform brings together:

  • 01

    Entity and identity resolution

People, organisations and handles resolved across open sources into one attributable view.

  • 02

    Domain and infrastructure intelligence

Registration data, public certificate logs, DNS and hosting history for any domain in scope.

  • 03

    Corporate and registry footprint

Company registers, officers, filings and the relationships between them.

  • 04

    Exposure and breach signals

Where an organisation’s or a subject’s credentials and data have surfaced publicly.

  • 05

    Timeline and evidence export

Every finding dated and sourced, exportable into a report that survives scrutiny.

  • 06

    Audit trail on every lookup

Who looked, at what, when and under which case reference, visible to your organisation.

Every source is public and every lookup is attributable. The exact capabilities released to an organisation depend on its role and the lawful basis it has shown.
